Swimming posseses multiple focal points such as coordination, strength, stability and fluid motions. To swiftly advance within the resistance of water, multi-tasking and the combination of such focal points is essential.

Within The Swim Bliss Model, I include various drills which promote energy efficient swimming as well as some dry-land exercises with a focus on mobility and dynamics. 

The listed levels are a shortened version including each course’s main objectives. After signing up, I accompany each swimmer with the detailed, full Swim Bliss Model.
